I was born and raised in Italy.
Since my childhood I have always been attracted to the wonder of nature, to natural healing systems and by the Asian cultures.
Later in my life I discovered that a part of my family originates from Asia.
After several studies I chose to study Ayurveda.
These are my studies:
- Pabo (teacher) diploma in Turin – Italy
- diplomas and studies abroad of several languages: English, French, Spanish and Dutch
- Ayurvedic Practitioner diploma obtained at AGN/EISRA in The Hague- Holland after a 4 year course (HBO level)
- diploma 1-year course Ayurvedic Massage Therapist at the Ganesha Centrum in Alkmaar - Holland
- studies of Aromatherapy, Astrology and Yoga

I have been in the Ayurvedic Center of Jalandhar – Punjab – India for a training on Ayurvedic therapies and massage.
I also travelled to China, India, Turkey, Tunisia and Egypt where I experienced and learnt different types of massage, hammam massage, healing techniques en acupressure techniques.
I regularly give workshops and courses based on Ayurveda, healing techniques, wellness, natural selfhelp products, self healing and self development.
I work according to the holistic vision of balance in body, mind and spirit. I represent the organization World Movement for Yoga and Ayurveda in the Benelux.
